Super Power Breakfast

Today I’ll share with you my super power breakfast recipe. My one and only..

It’s a well known fact that starting your day with a smart breakfast will ultimately lead to healthier choices all day long.

That’s the reason why you want to make sure you’re giving your body the most beneficial nutrients to kick start your day.

As many people are asking me what I usually eat in the morning, I’d like to share my yummy muesli recipe with you today.

This breakfast is not only super healthy, delicious and keeps your energy levels stable throughout the day – it’s also super simple to prepare:

You’ll need

    2-3 teaspoon of sunflower seeds

    1 teaspoon hemp seeds

4 tablespoon chia seeds

4 tablespoon of organic & gluten free oats

    2 tablespoon  coconut oil

    1 chopped fig

    1 cup of water

Now what

Put all ingredients in a bowl and soak it with water over night, if you don’t want to wait that long, soak it for a minimum of 30 minutes. The longer, the better.

The soaking makes the ingredients easier to digest, which means, you won’t feel tired after your breakfast and have all the energy you need to be most productive and to kick start your day. And that’s exactly what we want, right?

I got used to the habit to prepare my breakfast the night before, but if you like to soak it in the morning, that’s fine too.  :)

Mix it all together. Add 2 tablespoon of coconut oil and any fruit you like.

At the moment I usually add 1/2 banana and a sip of coconut milk, but this changes with the seasons.

The fun part, you can always vary your topping depending on whatever you like at the moment. This way it never gets boring.
