How does it work?
1. You drop me a line and we’ll arrange our very first and FREE 20-minute consultation call.
2. You’ll tell me all about your specific fitness goals and what you’d like to achieve.
3. I’ll suggest an individual plan of action with a personal workout structure especially tailored for you.
4. That’s about it! We only need to arrange our first Skype workout and are ready to rumble.
What’s in it for you:

A minimum of 4 workouts per month, each one around 20 minutes and, as promised, no equipment needed. We’ll schedule the workouts repetitive for two – three times a week, adapted to your individual goal, fitness level and working hours.

You’ll get access to the membership area and all the workout videos. Each video comes with a precise explanation and how-to guide, so you know exactly how to perform each exercise correctly.

Safety first! In the beginning we tend to be quite insecure on how to perform the moves properly. Don’t worry – I got you’re back! We will do the first workout together, via Skype. Yes! Only you and me and your living room. This way I can spot and correct you during your workout and prepare you for all the future workouts to come.
