    Weekly workout videos

    Once the nourishment part is integrated we’ll start incorporating the movement part as well.

The workouts are based on high intensity interval training and don’t require any equipment. They can be performed in the comfort of your home or hotel room, giving you the freedom and flexibility to train according your own schedule. Each workout comes with a PDF description and special workout tracker sheets. You’ll track your repetitions and your workout time and we'll review your progress together.

Nutritional guidance? What exactly does this mean? +

I strongly believe that every’s body is unique & different and therefor needs an individual approach. I’ll help you to learn eating according your own body type. No counting calories. No deprivation. No strict food plan. We’ll focus on the composition of the macronutrients, as each body type needs different amounts of fat, protein and carbs. You’ll learn what’s good for you and why. Step by step you’ll integrate a healthier way of eating and this will help you to diminish cravings and naturally help you to lose weight.

What kind of workouts do you do and will I be able to do them? +

I designed all my workouts following the principles of High Intensity Interval Training. A training form that increases the metabolic rate during and after the workout and maximizes calorie burn. It does this by a combination of full body moves which are performed at a high intensity with very little rest periods in between. This explains why none of my workouts are longer than 20 minutes and why you don’t need any equipment. If you haven’t trained in a while, we’ll start slowly and increase intensity over time.

I have problems with my knee / back. Can I still do your workouts? +

If you’re recovering from any form of injuries or if you have problems with your knees or back this form of training is NOT the best fit for you! It is quite intense and I won't be able to spot you. If in doubt, make sure that you double check with your doctor before you start this program.
