With my background in medical anthropology, sport science and nutrition I've studied the cutting edge information on sport and nutrition there is out there and I keep on learning and exploring.

Yes! I always try out everything on myself first.


My workouts are based on a type of training called High Intensity Interval Training which increases the metabolic rate during and after a workout and maximizes the body’s natural ability to burn calories.

When you’re doing one of my workouts, you are combining full body moves wich are performed at a high intensity with very little rest periods in between.

None of my workouts are longer than 20 minutes and yet 100% of my clients see immediate and long-term results. Another benefit of my workouts is that, you’ll work your heart as well as big muscle groups, so you’ll receive the benefits of cardiovascular training and strength training at the same time!

Story of my life!

I went through so much sneaky, unhealthy stuff -- all of the worst things you can possibly think of -- from too much alcohol and smoking to binge eating and beating myself up whenever I indulged to working 70 hours or more per week while totally neglecting my personal needs. Needless to say, I was completely stressed out. You can probably imagine how shitty I felt.

Two years ago, I was working as a gym manager at a fancy health club in Austria. I was running the entire gym department and was responsible for more than 25 personal trainers, revenue streams, repair and maintenance and of course customer satisfaction. It didn’t take me long until I found myself in a vicious circle of eating crappy food, drinking hundreds of coffees per day and regularly skipping my workouts. “I’ll start tomorrow, this time -- for real.” Those long working hours, the pressure, and stress all lead to a breakdown.

I remember one night coming home from another long and stressful day at work. I was looking at myself in the mirror and was shocked how exhausted and tired I looked with wrinkles in my face and dark circles around my eyes.

Not only did I look 10 years older, I felt like I had totally lost control over my body. Everything else always seemed to come first and now I was paying the price.

Here I was, standing in front of the mirror, looking at my 30 something-year-old tired self, feeling out of shape-wobbly, overwhelmed by that lifestyle I had built for myself, and ultimately feeling like the biggest loser.

Was that really how I want to feel?  Was this really how I was going to live my life?


This was my turning point!

I always knew...

  • I could have a healthy and fit body.
  • I could feel content and strong and
  • I am absolutely able to take charge of my own well being
  • while STILL having my shit together and pursue a successful career.

I just didn't have the slightest idea where to start!

Until I made a major decision and things started to turn around. It has been one hell of a journey ever since.

A journey of self love, self discovery, and self care.

I’m finally making myself a TOP priority.

This was the very moment my business idea was born because I knew there are amazing women out there facing the exact same challenges and if only they had the information I had, they could break free from this cycle. With my background in sport science and nutrition and my own first-hand experiences going through this sort of hell myself, I had all the tools I needed and became THE leading online health expert in helping people change their lives.
